Lennox has a 100% direct-to-dealer distribution model. This provides the dealer more direct communication for sales as well as dedicated Field Technical Consultants. Wayne Lindsey, the FTC for Arkansas, is available for group class training and will also provide onsite technical training at the dealer’s location. Dealers in the commercial market will also appreciate access to the Lennox product line and support for units up to 50 tons through their local sales office. Each Lennox store is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, plus after hours & emergency service. The store’s hours are extended to Saturday morning, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. from May 5 to August 25 to help dealers, and in turn end consumers, during the summer peak season. Excellence

With more than 200 stores, 11 regional distribution centers, and two U.S. factory manufacturing locations, Lennox has made a tremendous commitment to the HVACR industry. This amazing growth has occurred in just the last five or so years. The Arkansas HVACR NewsMagazine is especially pleased that Lennox continues its commercial equipment manufacturing in Stuttgart with 1,345 employees giving the Arkansas, Prairie, Lonoke, Jefferson, Lincoln, Monroe, and Phillips counties a huge economic boom. Lennox has three stores in Arkansas, located in Ft. Smith, Springdale, and Little Rock. John LaPorta; Southern Plains Zone Manager, covering Arkansas, Oklahoma, and north Texas; considers Lennox a technology leader with innovations like the Dave Lennox Signature Collection line, including a 26 SEER, super quiet heat pump or AC; a 98.7% variable speed furnace, the Pure Air whole-home air purification system, Healthy Climate germicidal lights, and iComfort smart thermostats. The Dave Lennox Signature Collection, when used with Solar SunSource, can save a homeowner up to 97 percent on their AC utility cost and reduce CO 2 emissions by 9499 pounds per year. That is the equivalent of planting 74 trees each year.
