Recipe

Ingredients: 5 bought pie crusts 2 large can peaches (#10) 2 cups sugar Some quantity of extra sugar

1. Heat peaches and sugar on stove top until sugar is dissolved 2. Roll out 5 bought pie crusts (one at a time) on a floured surface 3. Spray deep pan with non-stick like Pam 4. Pour / spoon a layer of peach juice and peaches for the first layer 5. Place a layer of pie crust 6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until the peaches, juice, and pie crust (save one pie crust for the top layer) are gone 7. Spread top crust with very light layer of juice and coat with additional sugar (amount of sugar is to taste but a generous layer will create a crispy top (mmm good) You can adjust on the second cobbler.
