Rebate How to Apply for the Rebates To ensure customers receive their rebates promptly, an application, invoice/receipt, and program eligibility form must be submitted using one of the following methods: • Online Submission: Complete the rebate application on Summit Utilities Arkansas’ website and upload the invoice/receipt and program eligibility form.

For applications submitted past the 120-day deadline, rebates may still be granted if the program’s annual budget has not been exhausted.
