You probably already have branded trucks and techs in uniform wearing booties, so what is the next step to establishing professionalism? • Claim It! Adopt a disease protection policy. You can link to “Running Service Amid COVID 19” which will give you 15 possible policies. • Proclaim It! You couldn’t have done this last year. It would have looked silly.
