We’ve lived through Global Warming as a “Statement of Faith” but it has now morphed into Climate Change. Of course, that can’t be wrong because the planet is in a constant state of change. After all, there was a time when glaciers reached as far south as Ohio and Iowa. If you tie anything to Climate Change, there may be enough fact to obscure the picture. Geeze Louise. gas or other fossil fuels. When it first rolled out, the HEEHR Rebate program was so focused on doing away with fossil fuel that it ignored the applicability of a fuel. Fortunately, the HOMES program has changed that “somewhat”. The DOE earmarked over 100 million dollars for Arkansas, but our state delayed or turned down at least 50 million because it was tied to fuel switching. Fortunately, the rest may come our way sometime in the “reasonably near future.” Regardless of one’s personal preferences, decisions should be based on what “really” helps the consumer. If a person needs to scratch their itch for super high efficiency regardless of the payback, scratch it baby scratch it. Here is what I know. Not everything has good payback. Some things have good payback and some are only modest. I just don’t need a Democrat or Republican or Independent telling me something that isn’t true or something that is slanted or hiding the truth. “What’s Up”.
