To say it again, your Association is only as strong as we are when we come together. We need everyone in our industry to be a member and to participate in our efforts. As we look to the future, I hope to be a part of the Association for years to come; however, we must also have a continuity plan. Arkansas is a wonderful state and our industry has wonderful people at all levels; however, we do need to support efforts to provide education and employment opportunities for our present and our future. Our customers deserve our professionalism and our expertise. Our HVACR folks deserve the opportunity to support their families and a path for retirement. Our future employees deserve a career rather than a job. That will be my primary goal in the next few years. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and let’s all get on board to make our industry all that we can be proud of.
