Association will promote and pick up the cost of the class for snacks, drinks, and lunches. • Incorporate as much of the training as is possible into their curriculum. This should be easy to include in their Principles one or two class. OVER $3,000 IN FREE EQUIPMENT The class is hosted by R & E Supply in their training facility 6715 Young Road in Little Rock on October 7 & 8. Second and equally important, the Association will host a dinner on the 7 th to form the Instructor’s Council of the Association. Similar to the Distributor’s Council, the IC’s goal is to bring the instructors and their programs together to share curriculum, ideas for teaching, lab exercises, and to build comradery. It is an opportunity for Arkansas HVACR programs work together to build consist, skill based, competency assessed education. We all want it but no w we’ll have the format and venue to make it happen. It will be a tidewater event that will benefit the industry and consumers. Instructors are encouraged to respond to their email invitations or call Tom Hunt at the Association, 501-487-8655, or email at tomhunt@arhvacr.org for more information or to register. It is only a month away and everyone needs to put it on their calendar and get permission to be away for a couple of days for the most exciting, beneficial training in Arkansas.
